I immediately knew this was the perfect scam -er- opportunity for me...
I wasted no time in cosplaying as a successful business man on the interwebz https://www.passiveairbnb.com/ in that host's own loft to brag about how much money I was making through short-term rental on my fraudster friends' websites instead of actually doing my job. This worked for a little while

And my business slowed down. Way down. So badly, that I stopped caring and took advantage of the good will and good nature of the host for my business. I became indebted to the tune of $34,000 and signed a legal contract PROMISING to repay it all. After all, this is the word of RAY LICARDO we are talking about

Remember that pristine hardwood table and wooden chairs? Yeah, I stole it and replaced it with this cheapo plastic stuff
And that scandinavian lamp? Yeah, I stole that too and replaced it with this piece of shit.
And remember that shiny hardwood floor? Yeah, I replaced it with this cheap laminate stuff instead. And did I tell the HOA or get permits for it? Fuck no, I'm Ray Licardo! I do it my way!
Here are some RAY MYRON LICARDO(TM) Pro Business Tips:
1. Give up entirely on booking clients! It's not your liability!!
2. Have contractors secretly change the floors, without telling the owner or getting permits from the HOA!
3. Ghost the owner! Ignore all texts, calls, emails, and voice mails. You can't get fined if you don't tell anyone about your shady business practices ;)
